- Students are responsible for reviewing and meeting all entry and practical requirements for each course in the bundle before enrolment.
- Multiple courses within a bundle may be undertaken simultaneously, though focusing on one course at a time is recommended for optimal learning.
- Students may choose to skip any course within the bundle at their discretion.
- Students have two years from the enrolment date to complete all courses in the bundle.
- Requests for a one-year extension beyond the two-year period can be made, subject to payment of re-enrolment fees.
- Students using an instalment plan must maintain timely payments, including setting up a direct debit for remaining instalments.
- A £10 administrative fee applies for any late instalment payments.
- Course completion will be confirmed by Excelon Learning’s Quality Assurance team once the final task for each course is successfully completed.
- Certification will be issued promptly once the full course fee has been paid.
- Students on instalment plans will receive certification after clearing any outstanding balance.
- Students may choose to pay the full course fee at any time, even if initially enrolled on an instalment plan, by contacting Excelon Learning after course completion.
- After course completion, Excelon Learning will contact students to discuss certification options, outstanding balances, and potential early payment arrangements.
- Excelon Learning reserves the right to update or modify course content and structure, with changes communicated promptly to enrolled students.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Refund eligibility is governed by Excelon Learning’s Refund Policy.
- These terms may be updated at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting.
- Excelon Learning is not liable for delays or interruptions in course access caused by technical issues beyond its control.
